Amber Group is looking to launch an Internet of Things (IoT) network in Jamaica by early 2027, with an estimated investment of $750,000. The company, whose operations in Africa have exceeded one million devices, plans to install local base stations. This 0G network, designed to transmit small amounts of information, will enable various applications, including utility management and security.
