The Jamaican government's SPARK program will begin this month with work on the main roads in the St James area. The corridor between Montego Bay and Great River will be the first to be rehabilitated. Other sections, including Howard Cooke Boulevard and Alice Eldemire Drive, will follow. This $45 billion program aims to improve 37 priority roads in several parishes, including Hanover.
