Audrey Werro, a Swiss athlete, delivered an impressive performance at the Zurich meeting by winning the 800m in 1min 53.70sec, a new national record and the third best performance of all time. Despite the absence of Keely Hodgkinson, other runners like Femke Bol and Georgia Hunter Bell also shone. Werro, motivated and in great shape, is closing in on the 43-year-old world record set in 1983.
