Barbados will be the venue for the third Caricom regional conference on reparations, scheduled for September 17 to 19. Under the theme "Restorative Justice as a New Light", this event aims to deepen solidarity between Africa and its diaspora. Discussions will focus on implementing an action plan for restorative justice and assessing global progress in this area. Caricom leaders and international activists will participate in this major meeting.
