Carl Meeks and Owen Knibbs, two iconic figures of dancehall, are launching their first collaboration titled "Listen dis ya I Ya". Released at the end of October, this upbeat track evokes the sound system culture of the 1980s. Although they have known each other for a short time, the artists quickly found a great rapport. Meeks, based in South Carolina, and Knibbs, a resident of Connecticut, share a passion for the authentic sounds of dancehall.
