Justice Minister Delroy Chuck expresses his disappointment at the lack of new courts built during his eleven years in office. However, he plans to build eight new courts in the next three years, including four through the National Reconstruction and Resilience Authority. The projects include constructions in Westmoreland and St Elizabeth, as well as public-private partnerships for other sites.
