The deadline for submitting entries to the 2026 Heritage competition organized by the Jamaica Information Service has been extended to November 7. This decision aims to give students more time to finalize their works. The competition invites students of all levels to express their creativity on the theme of Jamaica's resilience through various formats, including essays and videos. A new category, the People's Choice Award, has also been introduced to encourage public engagement.
