A postgraduate training program in radiological protection and safety has just been launched in Jamaica, with the ambition of making the country a regional center of excellence. This curriculum, supported by the International Atomic Energy Agency, is currently training professionals from several CARICOM member states. The initiative aims to enhance skills in radiological protection and meet the growing demand for specialists in this field.
