The Jamaica Intellectual Property Office (JIPO) has launched an intellectual property management clinic aimed at supporting local entrepreneurs in protecting their intangible assets. This four-month program, in collaboration with the World Intellectual Property Organization, offers personalized mentoring and training to help SMEs leverage their intellectual property rights. The Minister of Industry emphasized the importance of viewing intellectual property as a vital business asset.
