Kaelyn Foote, a student at Montego Bay High School for Girls, was elected Junior Mayor of Montego Bay after an intense competition. She managed to convince the jury with her proposals for community development, supported by her mother after a recent electoral defeat. Kaelyn is committed to serving her community and will receive financial assistance for her studies. The new Junior Council, of which she is a part, will also benefit from the municipality's support for its projects.
