Lenesha Francis, a 17-year-old student at Old Harbour High, was crowned Miss Jamaica World Southern Region 2026 during a ceremony held at the Rooftop Chillinz Bar and Lounge. She stood out among nine contestants, also winning the award for the best presence. The other two finalists, Shonnoya Houston and Ashanti Douglas, will also participate in the national competition. Francis hopes to use her victory to inspire and support her community.
