Mitchell Town, located in Clarendon, is set to become the largest aquaculture site in the Caribbean, according to MP Pearnel Charles Jr. During a recent parliamentary session, he expressed his gratitude to the Minister of Agriculture for the progress of the project. An agro-park dedicated to freshwater fish production is planned, with significant investment to boost tilapia production. Charles Jr. also mentioned other agricultural opportunities in the region.
