Authorities have successfully recovered the flight recorders from an Amazon cargo plane that crashed in Miami, resulting in the deaths of at least five people. The chairwoman of the National Transportation Safety Board confirmed that the recorders would be analyzed to determine the causes of the accident that occurred when the plane overshot the runway, striking a van and another vehicle.
