Andre Ruddock testified during his murder trial, claiming that Dr. Kevin Smith is responsible for the death of Taneka Gardner. Ruddock, accused of killing Gardner in 2021, stated that he was busy taking care of animals when he saw Smith stab the victim. He also mentioned that the pastor then shot at the police from a pontoon. The case is being heard by a jury of seven members.
