On August 26, during an annual ceremony in Kingston, sixteen high school and college students received scholarships and grants worth $2.3 million, offered by the First Heritage Co-operative Credit Union and its foundation. These awards aim to support education and sports, while encouraging young people to realize their potential. The recipients must maintain a GPA of at least B and be involved in their community.
