The Scientific Research Council, led by Dr. Charah Watson, is currently revising its strategic direction for the next three to five years. It aims to become the benchmark for scientific solutions to national issues. At the same time, the SRC is strengthening its initiatives in research and education, while planning an update to the law governing its operations to better adapt to the current and future needs of Jamaica.
