The scholarship program of the Ellerslie Tawes District Development Committee has enabled twelve students to receive financial assistance for their education. During a ceremony, the winners received scholarships of up to $30,000, as well as school supplies. This program, launched this year, aims to alleviate financial barriers to education and encourage young people to consider their future. A free medical initiative was also organized for the students.
