Starting November 1, 2026, Louis-Philippe Vigilant, a Martinican chef, will offer a Business menu for Air France departing from the Caribbean and French Guiana. This partnership, presented at the Martinique Aimé Césaire airport, will showcase recipes combining Burgundian techniques and Caribbean flavors. Twelve dishes, including vegetarian options, will be updated every two months, aiming to highlight local products.
