The Territorial Collectivity of Martinique has acknowledged delays in payments intended for home care services, a situation that raises concerns among professionals in the sector. Following a white march to raise awareness, the CTM expressed the need to obtain additional resources from the State to improve the situation and ensure quality service for beneficiaries.
