Since the beginning of September, public transport networks in Martinique have come to a halt, affected by budgetary difficulties. The services in the Center and North have ceased operations, followed by those in the South. Despite promises of funding, the lack of credits has prevented the implementation of necessary contracts. This situation raises questions about the viability of the transport model and the management of public resources.
