A father and his son were victims of an armed robbery in Pelletier, Lamentin, while waiting for a taxi on Monday morning. Two individuals on a motorcycle approached them, one of whom struck the father in the face with a gun butt, while a shot was fired into the ground. The assailants then fled. It remains to be determined whether they managed to steal any belongings, as the victims did not file a complaint.
