Starting November 1, 2026, passengers in Air France's Business class will be able to enjoy twelve dishes created by Martinican chef Louis-Philippe Vigilant. In collaboration with Servair, these culinary creations, blending Caribbean influences and Burgundy products, will be offered on flights departing from the Caribbean and French Guiana. This initiative highlights the culinary talents of the territories served by the airline.
