Martinique is at a crucial economic turning point, facing challenges such as the high cost of living and a lack of opportunities for young people. To address this, proposals are emerging, including the creation of a customs unit dedicated to businesses and the strengthening of the free customs zone. The goal is to promote local production, exportation, and ensure better economic sovereignty, while involving the State and local authorities in a balanced partnership.
