In the face of a major waste management crisis in Martinique, the President of the Executive Council gathered key stakeholders to assess the situation. The challenges include an overload of leachate and the need for modernization of facilities. With a need for European funding far exceeding the available funds, the CTM proposes to support the EPCI in seeking suitable financial and operational solutions.
