Moroti Adegboyega, a student at Saint John’s, was honored at the Stockholm Junior Water Prize for his project Ecoferroquatics. This robot, using artificial intelligence and magnets, is designed to extract plastic waste from water. During tests, it demonstrated notable efficiency, particularly for microplastics. The award ceremony took place in Stockholm, in the presence of the Crown Princess of Sweden.
