The Guyane academy has launched a training program for newly appointed contract teachers, called newly contracted teachers. This fourth edition, taking place in Cayenne, aims to prepare around 150 teachers for the new school year. The five-day training covers essential pedagogical and professional skills while integrating participants from various sectors. The trainers, coming from middle and high schools, provide a complementary approach to enrich the trainees' experience.
