Cécile Laloux, recently appointed rector of the Martinique academy, took office in early August. She is committed to being present on the ground to support students and teachers. Among her priorities are the ban on mobile phones in high schools, the fight against school bullying, and the strengthening of reading and math skills. Consultations will be conducted to adapt the internal regulations of the institutions.
