An official ceremony took place in Basse-Terre to welcome 14 new magistrates, including one from Guadeloupe. This renewal is accompanied by the arrival of five additional magistrates to strengthen local jurisdictions. Stéphanie Bazart, the new public prosecutor, was also installed. She will focus on combating all forms of violence in the region.
