Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu inaugurated MaiaSpace's reusable rocket factory in Vernon on September 4. This project, supported by the State, aims to catch up with Europe's delay against SpaceX. The factory, which will cover 12,000 m², will produce components intended for French Guiana. Although the first launch has been postponed to 2027, MaiaSpace hopes to revolutionize access to space while facing budgetary challenges.
