Météo France announces that tropical wave n°38, formerly tropical storm Dolly, is crossing the Antillean arc and moving out to the Caribbean Sea. After an orange alert, the vigilance is now yellow. Thunderstorms are still expected by the end of the day, with possible accumulations of 40 to 70 mm. The situation should improve by tomorrow morning with the arrival of a dry air mass.
