Firefighters rescued 78 people, including children, in Coeur Bouliki and Nord-Plage, following a sudden flood. In Macouba, two women trapped in a cave were rescued using ropes. In Coeur Bouliki, around thirty firefighters were mobilized to assist several groups, all safe and sound. The operations were closely monitored by the prefecture, as Martinique was under orange alert.
