A new incentive plan has been launched in San Juan, aimed at revitalizing commercial and urban areas. This program includes projects located in Río Piedras and strategic areas. It also focuses on the rehabilitation of vacant or abandoned properties, in order to reintegrate them into productive uses and boost the local economy.
