This week, Saint Lucia participated in a regional anti-doping workshop in Miami, bringing together professionals from across the Americas. Dr. Natasha Gemma Innocent, medical officer of the Saint Lucia Football Association, took part in this initiative that launched Concacaf's anti-doping educational program. The event aimed to establish a network of medical officials to enhance compliance and athlete education in light of the 2027 World Anti-Doping Code.
