Saint Lucia is preparing to receive its first group of third-country nationals from the United States. This program, which could bring in up to 10 people every three months, starts with six individuals. The Minister of Foreign Affairs specified that American personnel will accompany them. This project, under discussion since last year, aims to assess the island's capacity to manage this initiative while respecting local laws.
