Tropical Storm Dolly, formed in the central Atlantic, could bring significant rainfall to some areas of the Caribbean this weekend. Moving westward, it is expected to approach the Windward Islands. Although storm winds extend over a large area, Dolly may weaken before reaching the Leeward Islands. Flash flood warnings have been issued for several islands.
