In this breastfeeding awareness month in Saint Lucia, a workshop was organized in Vieux Fort to assist mothers and expectant mothers. Participants received practical advice to boost their confidence while breastfeeding. This event, led by the local wellness center, aimed to provide information and support to mothers, particularly on positioning and latching techniques, while addressing misconceptions about breastfeeding.
