Georgia-Lee Gill was elected Miss World Caribbean 2026 during the Miss World competition in Vietnam. She won the Head-to-Head challenge for the Americas and the Caribbean, allowing her to advance directly to the Top 40. Gill, who is a biochemist, focused her campaign on raising awareness about Alzheimer's disease. As Miss World Caribbean, she will participate in a global humanitarian tour with the current Miss World.
