In the midst of preparing for the school year, Shania Phillips, a student at Signal Hill Secondary, is focusing on her participation in the Youth Congress of the Caribbean Tourism Organization in Guyana. Recently crowned at the Tobago Tourism Youth Congress, she aspires to win the regional title. Shania hopes to inspire her peers to value the tourism of their island and has gained valuable skills through an internship with the Tourism Division.
