T&T Electricity Commission is suing two lawyers for what it considers mismanagement of a debt exceeding two million dollars. According to the Commission, the lawyers allegedly allowed three lawsuits against Flavorite Foods Limited to expire while misleading T&TEC about the status of the proceedings. T&TEC is seeking damages for negligence, breach of contract, and other harms.
