Vault City Brewing has launched a new series of sour beers, the Bake-Off Series, inspired by desserts from around the world. Each limited edition beer evokes treats like Japanese mochi, New York cheesecake, a traditional Thai dessert, and Scottish cranachan. This collection is the result of international collaborations and features unique designs created by a local artist.
