Athlete Alexis Lashley shone by winning the Caribbean championship title in the women's junior time trial on Saturday in Belize. She achieved a remarkable time of 23 minutes and 30.18 seconds. The Barbados team also had an excellent day with five medals, including silver for Ali Banfield and bronze for Victori Bourne in the juvenile girls' category. Competitions continue with the road races.
