The government of Barbados is set to launch a mentoring program involving grandfathers to strengthen the ties between the elderly and the youth. This initiative was announced by the minister of Empowerment of Persons and Elder Affairs, who also mentioned the distribution of school supplies as part of the "One Family" program. This project aims to support underprivileged families and build a better future for Barbadian youth.
