Jhovanny de Jesús Metz Cruz, known as "Macho", will be transferred from Jamaica to the Dominican Republic after being arrested. Although no extradition agreement binds the two countries, international cooperation mechanisms will allow his return. He is accused of killing a truck driver in Santiago.
