Luke McIntyre, young Barbadian athlete, won the men's junior race at the Junior Triathlon Cup of the Americas in Lima, Peru. With a time of 58 minutes and 26 seconds, he dominated a field of 18 competitors. McIntyre achieved the best times in swimming, cycling, and running, further solidifying his record with five victories and seven podiums in twelve competitions.
