The new legislation, which will come into effect on January 1, 2027, includes seven chapters and 56 articles. It aims to protect citizens' rights regarding medical security, to optimize services, and to establish a universal health protection system. This specific legal framework strengthens medical coverage, which already reaches nearly 95% of the population, and aims to improve the efficiency of the existing system.
