Former diplomat Emmanuel Mwamba, representative of the Alianza Tonse-Pamodzi, raised concerns about the closure of courts by armed forces, preventing lawyers from filing appeals. He emphasized that reported violations must be corrected before the inauguration of President Hakainde Hichilema, scheduled for September 1.
