Starting next week, Nicaragua will implement a consultation program in 90 municipalities to engage directly with the population. The president of the National Assembly announced that this initiative aims to deepen citizen participation and gather opinions on amendments to the Constitution. This process is part of an effort to strengthen national unity and patriotism. The ratification of the reforms is scheduled for January 2027.
