The William Soler Pediatric Cardiocenter has marked its 40th anniversary, an emblematic institution of pediatric cardiology in Cuba. Established under the initiative of Fidel Castro, its mission is to provide quality healthcare. The center has performed over 15,000 interventions, contributing to a significant reduction in infant mortality due to heart diseases. Despite the challenges, its staff remains determined to offer optimal care.
