The government of Dominica has decided to acquire 12 additional trucks to enhance waste collection on the island. Announced by the Prime Minister during a Labour Party meeting, this investment aims to address residents' complaints about irregular collections. The new vehicles, expected before Christmas, should allow for better regularity and a cleaner environment. Communication efforts regarding collection schedules are also planned.
