The Independent Regulatory Commission of Dominica has announced that it will closely monitor customer bills and DOMLEC's performance after the introduction of a new electricity tariff on November 1st. During a discussion on DOMLEC Radio, the executive director clarified that the IRC's mission is not limited to reviewing tariffs but also includes assessing the impact on consumers and the financial viability of the company.
